New Features in 2024
Candidate Quiz Results
This feature will allow providers to select an available product-specific or procedure-specific qualifying quiz, set the criteria for a potential candidate and frequency of delivery, and send the quiz to all patients who meet that criteria. The quiz will then be appended to appropriate patients' questionnaires, and patients who are deemed an appropriate candidate for the product or service (via answers provided on the quiz questions) will be added to the list of Candidate Quiz Results. This feature helps to automate patient identification for products and services available in the practice.
My HealthHub
My HealthHub is a section of the app and web portal that will help educate patients on products and services, conduct patient surveys, help recruit patients for clinical trials, and invite patients to available webinars. Providers will also be able to send content to this tab of the app and have it labeled with "Provider Request". Content can also be automatically pushed to My HealthHub based on Candidate Quiz Results. For example, a patient that's been identified for Procedure XYZ through the candidate quiz will automatically have educational content about Procedure XYZ sent to their My HealthHub.
Urine Drug Test Reporting
We'll be introducing the UDT Reporting section of the Summary Report. The new boxes at the top right will show the Cumulative Risk Rating determined by the provider within EHR and suggestions for future drug testing based on that risk.
